what kind of bird is this

ok, i saw a picture of a bird on twitter with some colors around its eyes. Travis said it looked like it had epic makeup. next thing that happens? Travis in makeup.
anyway, everyone seemed to like him as a sad boy with black wings, how about this one, eh?
