Catgirl Lofi Neuro is in her natural cozy environment. She's using a fancy virtual keyboard that can also do other things like be used as a tablet for drawing.

Catgirls wearing headphones like this is not so uncommon so just don't think about it too much. Maybe it's another set of ears she covers. I have thought about it quite a bit back in the day when it occurred to me way some anime and manga draw catgirls with implied ears under their hair.
