As the years turn, so do the Doctors, all under the everpresent eyes of the Watcher.
Even before i've seen The End Of Time i've had this idea of the doctors meeting and the Watcher appearing... The End of Time could have been so much better, and i'll really miss Tennant. Mind you, he's pretty hard to draw... Smith was very easy to peg down.
