Description

This is a suggested epitaph for the eighteen year old Charlotte Dymond. A farm maid/servant murdered on 14th April 1844. She is buried at St Davids Church Davidstowe, Cornwall, UK. She was murdered near Roughtor Ford on Bodmin Moor.  She had her throat slit and her ghost has been sighted on many occasions over the years walking through the churchyard and over the moors.
