Now this was an incredibly fun pic to work on for many reasons. 1. The only guideline I was given was a pic of pregnant Clemi and pregnant Jenn having a mommy bonding moment together; 2. Since I decided on the belly painting, I could really give a chance at experimenting with making it look like paint; 3. I got to draw a really sweet and adorable pic with 2 gorgeous preggy females ^^

And the biggest reason why this was so much fun.... THE PAINTING WAS A COMPLETE SURPRISE!
The entire time I was working on this, I had all the layers for the painting turned off. So every time I gave him an update, he didn't see it. Even as I was finishing everything, it was turned off. The painting wasn't seen til it was uploaded here LOL!

So here we have both Clemikou and Jennifer who are both expecting, and probably due at the same time, wanting to pass some of their waiting time by having a bit of fun by painting bellies. I actually kinda would wanna try this when I do get pregnant, it seems fun LOL! Part of why I chose this for the theme of the pic.

I was debating on what to do for the painting for a while before even starting the pic, but every time I kept waffling on ideas I kept thinking about goldfish and koi and just how gorgeous the fishes look in general, and how great it'd be to paint them on this canvas so voila! ^^

It's been a long time since I've done a cutesy "what if" kinda pic of my fursona, and I'm so glad that I was commissioned for this pic. <3
