Originaly, I pictured Hugo as a really skinny, diseased looking psychopath. They prefered the chubbier version, so I think he turned out to be a chubby psychopath in the end.
Very nice work ^_^ although its a shame they chose the chubbier Hugo the skinner one looks so much more psychotic ad the chubbier one looks more like a truck driver 
but all in all good work. ^_^
