Terry's Chocolate Orange Cupcakes

Rich chocolate (gluten free) cupcakes with chopped up chunks of terrys chocolate orange inside with slightly sweetened whipped cream and topped off with a terrys chocolate orange segment.

(please note gluten free eaters that terry's chocolate orange ingredients state that it may contain wheat protein. It hasn't effected me but that doesn't mean it wont effect you as i am wheat sensitive not completely wheat intolerant so be careful).

If you want your orange extra strong, add orange peel or orange liquor.

I wasn't really planning on baking now it's the holidays (and after this sure wont be again while the kids are home!!!!! stress is not even the word!!!!!!!!!!!!) but i fancied making something for me for a change, i love chocolate cake and i love whipped cream and i have been snacking on these chocolates for a change so it just had to be done.
