Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches

been a good 2 weeks since i last baked anything as i have been playing with my new hobby of polymer clay so it was about time i made something

oreo shortbread cookie with oreo ice cream

i know they look like a lot like the PS3 control buttons, i did notice that whilst making them i was just too tired to try and make an X, maybe next time

Vanilla Ice cream i did not make myself, i'm not really an ice cream fan so have no motivation to make my own, i just added some crushed oreo pieces
