And occasionally, especially when I really want to paint but haven't done so in a while, I like to pick up old pictures of mine and continue working on them. Partially because it takes me some time to get new ideas when I pick up painting again, but also because I sometimes need a reminder that I have improved. Since this picture had its dA anniversary recently (that, and it being one of the few pictures left that I haven't already redone) I decided to go with it. Perhaps I should have polished it a bit more, but it was never more than a sketch in the first place, so... Hope you like it

Love her eyes, great hair.
I think a darker background would really pull her forward.
It is probably better to move on than rework.
I have spent to much time reworking, learn more doing new things.
When uninspired now is the only time I rework, just to get back into painting.
