The Sorceress

I didn't have the patience to finish a full piece today, so I decided to colour an old pencil sketch I found on my computer. There are some anatomical issues, the clothes aren't really painted well, and I don't know what she's supposed to do with that hand (I couldn't think of a better pose at the moment), but perhaps she is doing magic or something. She's a character in one of my stories, but she doesn't have a name yet.

Very quickly made; I think I used around an hour, perhaps one and a half. As a little experiment I used the same brush throughout. I'm still working on finding photoshop brushes that I am comfortable with, but at least I got a little bit closer.
