This summer is proving to be an interesting, and in some ways challenging, time for me. Firstly, I'm officially a graduate! In May I graduated from UNM with my BBA. That is both exciting and surreal. I've decided to try to enjoy this summer before making substantial effort to join the oh so glamorous real world. This 'forced' relaxation is an interesting endeavor of mine. Being a bit of a busy body it is hard for me to not have structure and direction. It seems a good life skill to be able to be stagnant and content at times, so I am working on adapting. I have a feeling... A feeling that this year, the year of 2014, is going to be the year of photography for me. I feel my confidence budding and as a result my passion is fueled. I have already had multiple requests to act as the photographer for a few weddings and family portraits. I have to admit that I am not really comfortable taking money from people for such special moments (specially the rare and hopefully not frequently occurring weddings where you have the one chance to get it right). Yet without challenge I am sure I would falter and grow stagnant. It is intimidating, but I believe I am reaching the point where I will be ready to tak
