The Last Unicorn

I have loved the tale of The Last Unicorn literally since I was too young to write my own name. I grew up with the film, which had beautiful artwork, memorable characters and a themesong that will stick in your head long after you've forgotten the names of your grandchildren.

When I grew up a little and became literate I then went on to fall in love with the book, and this is more a fanart for the book than the movie (this really hardly resembles the movie artwork at all.)

Here we have the brave unicorn fighting for her freedom in an epic struggle against the gigantic, terrifying red bull.

If you haven't seen the movie or read the book, I highly, HIGHLY reccommend them to you. If you're like me, you'll instantly fall in love with the likes of good natured Schmendrick, the unskillful magician, and the kind hearted but gruff Molly Grue.
