Probably irrelevant, but when I was in middle school, ten years ago, and I didn't have internet at home, I used to go once a week to what we call a "cyber café", hire a computer for an hour and spend it looking at pretty pictures of topics I liked... It was then that I found this image of a boy drinking from a source, and fell in love with it. I had no idea who'd made it, but it's been sitting in my inspiration folder ever since... Today, revisiting the files in my old computer, I found it and fell in love with it all over again, so I decided to research who the artist was. Sorry for the ramble, but boy am I glad I can finally put a name to the image and a name to the hand that made it. Your art is truly captivating and inspiring.

Well, your comment is not irrelevant at all. You know, as artists, we do what we do because it makes us happy, but we also do it for people. And it is hard sometimes to know how much people like what we do, how it affects them, if at all. Some artists even stay isolated for those specific reasons.

So, it's really nice to know that an image we produced one day made someone happy and they kept the image to rediscover it again years later. Because, in the end, that IS what we live for.

So, thank you for your kind and enlightening words.

Very much appreciated.

Feels like I've been watching your work for quite awhile now. Saw your work on Epilogue in the early 00's.
