What better Bat-Spy for Batman than an actual Bat shape I ask ?!? 
....this is not meant to be an offensive mech, but almost purely for 'recon' missions, since they are really small (regular 'bat-size'?). I figure Batman would even spray these with Bat pheromones or something along those lines so these could 'camouflage' themselves in big groups of real Bats? I'd think Bruce would have these ALL over Gotham, surveying EVERYONE!!!
