Description
Yet another experiment that I had planned for a long time but never got around to it. Photoshoot was yesterday evening and I got to play around with the fire artist for about an hour. We got several tries out of it, but most were sadly a bust. Don't know why, but my camera proved to be very moody yesterday and a lot of shots ended being very soft. (Though I am guessing the fault might not lie entirely with the camera on that one
) Still, this one was good enough that I thought I should share it. Nothing spectacular, but at least I am doing photography again
For the curious, this is not classical fire breathing (which is really, really dangerous btw. so do NOT try this one at home!) It's done with a pipe filled with Lycopodium (a very fine powder substance) and then the performer blows into the pipe into a fire source. While still being dangerous it is saver than regular fire breathing.
