All around wonderful.  It's an excellent composition.  It's a great capture of emotion expressed entirely through the body, since the face isn't visible, and enhanced by the darkness and emptiness of the room.  That emptiness enhances the metaphor of being stripped away of everything, including hope.  I love the way the light catches her ribs and spine.  The only thing I'd nit-pick is the burst of green and yellow at the top of the window.  Otherwise this is absolutely beautiful.

Flesh and bone. Deep void and feelings.
Sadness illustrated by being so close to darkness, by seeking close to a window the remaining light of the day, while everything around us becomes dark, while our own heart and body express sadness throught vulnerability, while loneliness cuts us from the outside world.
All ingredients are here, beautifully and very strongly arranged in the shot. With maestria, you achieved a shot close to a painting in the rendering and the composition. Moreover, you have given us the possibility to feel intensively the feeling of sadness, its essence.
Any element of your shot can touch (am sure) and echoes in any of us what is sadness and how we feel it or have already experienced it in our lives.
This is impressive, beautiful, and it strikes my guts.

Simply beautiful, and haunting is an understatement.
