Do you really expect someone else? Daria Morgendorffer seem the natural owner of Grumpy cat.

For this illustration, i reproduced a screenshot of the Season 5 and try to add details as faithfully close as i can. But, if you know me, i couldn't restrain myself to cheat on some little details, as the noses, neck tickness,etc.
