Drawing my Top 20 Favorite MLP Characters (from 20 to 1).

I love making Top Best/Fav lists for myself as a past time, and MLP characters is probably the most intensive and dynamic ones I've done. My list has been revised at least once or twice every year I've been a brony but the past 2 years or so very little had changed.

Understand, this is my personal preference, mostly with little bearing on good characters or even gleaming "role-model" characters, and differs from my waifu tier list. It also includes some popular OCs and a few non-pony characters.
