Thank you for sharing this! At times I get discouraged, thinking that there is no way I can match (or surpass) the artists whose work I love. But then I see how they have improved over the years, and it gives me hope that, with dedication and practice, I can improve too. This is really inspirational to see.

That would be awesome! Hopefully I'll get home from piano lessons by that time.

I've never done them before, but they sound fun. I think that I'll be pretty busy art-wise this month, as people are commissioning me, so if I do art trades, it'll be next year.

Strathmore is good, though it's a bit more expensive than Canson, in my experience.
