Shiny Floorret

While ramping up again for work, I ran a couple of warmup streams. One of them turned into a Pok‚mon requests stream, and this was one of the resulting drawings.

I adore Furret, and after discovering that its shiny version is basically a cotton candy noodle, I had to draw this request this way.
