Friends. They know what's right/best for you.

Yeah it's kinda like a girls' day out for us and we were out together to each do our assignments/errands/needs that time.
lol I love that WACOMWACOMWACOM panel XD & the packages... never knew they look so pretty...

First of all, I'm NOT dissing on any tablet brands. Those are just my friends' opinion and they based it from their experiences. So don't flame me or whatever. And like I said, I MIGHT try using Hanvon, Genius, Kanvus & other brands too since two of my pen tablets are Wacom.

and lol... INSTANT TABLET ENVY. I guess the tablet I bought was on sale and the model was released years ago...

Are tablets really that expensive in the US? (I live in the UK so I don't know)

im not sure, I used to live in Malaysia but I live in Brunei now, and occasionally go home to Indonesia but from what I can deduct the tablets aren't that expensive.

nah I'm not... my friends do, but they only wanted me to buy the best according to them.
I usually have a "I-WANNA-TRY-THEM-ALL!" attitude when it comes to products and different brands. I heard the Genius is quite good as well, maybe it just depends on what the model is, and my friends probably encountered an old crappy model that made them think that way

Yea... Cheap ones are really crappy.
I got m610x /same parameters as intuos3/ and its great.
And still. To have a great tablet does not mean a great work :)

I'm using Genius Tablet for all of my digital works. It was my first tablet because it was cheap compared to wacom, sure it is easily be broken and it has batteries for the pen. But if handled carefully it will last long. Tablet is a very helpful hardware but talent is much more important. :headbang:

thats kinda why I wanna try it. you can replace the batteries in the pen when it died. the Kanvus tablet also has batteries inside the pen.

that last sentence, true stuff.

I got genius too...few months,isnt broken :D
And it wont be ..
And,true... I think,if u got talent,its not necessary to have Wacom..
I have bought my tablet because i have seen one great video with drawing an old Genius model
