This is my Fairly Oddparents/Danny Phantom OC, Naoko Chiba.
Bio:
Full Name: Naoko Chiba
Voice actress: Stephanie Sheh
Race: Bakeneko (a legendary creature from Japan)
Hometown: Nagoya, Japan then Dimmsdale, California.
Affiliation: Sorceress and student
Likes: Magic, reading, writing, attractive young men, good yokai, sudoku, sensitive people, both Japanese and American history and fantasy novels.
Dislikes: Territorial animals, stalkers, sadistic people, evil yokai, pretentiously wealthy people and inadequate etiquette.




Her outfit is based off of Rei Hino's outfit (That's Sailor Mars' civilian identity). Like Sailor Mars, she has pyrokenitic powers but that is not all. Naoko can turn herself into a cat and conjure other magical spells. When she meets Timmy Turner, she immediately became smitten. However, Cosmo and Wanda sense there might be something wrong with Naoko.
