This was originally going to just be a quick Status post, but then it got kind of long when I barfed excited words all over it, so hey, new Journal update dealio, I guess?
LOOK AT WHAT ARRIVED TODAY
GAZE UPON THE LOVELINESS
That, my friends, is YELLOW GLOW POWDER THAT DOES NOT SUCK (smaller bag is green glow powder, to show the difference; from left to right: daylight, UV light, glowing in the dark after a bit of charging).I AM SO HAPPY
I have been desiring and searching for a proper yellow glow powder for aaages, and it seems so have many other people, because after many requests and much R&D, TechnoGlow has released a yellow glow powder that is everything I hoped it would be. You know, unlike the yellow glow powder offerings I've tried from other places. Those were all full of lies. This stuff, though? Exactly as advertised.
ART PLANS, YO.
This order came with a free UV flashlight/marker thingy, which is pretty rad, a tiny sample packet of green glow powder that I think was included solely to demonstrate how not-green the yellow powder is, and a coupon for $75 off of any purchase over $300. Not sure I'mma need quite
that much glow powder before the coupon expires at the end of May, though.
If you too want to dabble in the gloriousness that is glow-in-the-dark pigments, go hit up www.technoglowproducts.com because clearly they are the best (am not company shill; just have never been disappointed with their stuff). They sell a pretty sweet sample pack with tiny bags of every colour available, for people who want to give all of them a try. I am not sure if this new yellow has been added to it yet, however.
Norway feature because today, May 17th, is Norway's national day.
