Even though they themselves haven’t come out, they understand that those that have need someone to look out for them as well. Everyone should simply help each other and respect one another but they realize not everyone has a support group, so that’s what they try to be.
By doing simple things everyday, such as using someone’s preferred name or pronouns while not so subtly reminding those around them to do the same. They take a few mental notes on people they meet to ensure they can do this because at the end of the day the wish they had the strength to have come out like those they know. Annput’s tail swayed behind her as she stalked through the outlands just outside of the main city of Pandrea. The words of both Sal and Benji ringing in her ears, twitching as if they were actually being whispered into. The proposition of making some gold was always a tempting thing for Annput, I mean... look at her. The glint of gold speckled her pelt as she laughed to herself ever so softly.
But she was very much so thinking about it.
Gold or this prophecy, both were her wheelhouse.
Maybe she could have both... both was good.
Annput had jokingly asked Sal what would be worth it, and he had hinted at rarer feathers. Ones made of actual gold. Ones that floated around you. Many little whispers. Annput was now on the hunt for these. If it suited her, then she would make them her own... but if not... a little bit of gold would be nice especially in this new world.
Annput, a gifted traveler at that, padded through the sands that surrounded her as if pulled towards some
Eyes fluttering, Elysium was awoken from her dream like state. Something stirred within her, something she had not felt since when she was a very young and naïve kiamara. The feeling left her confused and conflicted. Was she to lose herself for this? Or was this a way for her to find herself?
A portal had opened before her, a soft gasp escaping her lips as she took a hesitant step forward. This was to a new land, Ely had visions of this place. But it being real made her flutter in excitement and nervousness. But she took the moment to walk through, and suddenly she knew that this was going to be her destiny.
On the other end of the portal, her whole being felt radiated with a presence from her dreams. Her visions. Her deity... her deity was here. Ely had been foretold as a herald of the deity Hecate, but never had she truly believed in it. Yet she was sure, so very sure that this is what was told for her destiny. That she would be finally a whole for her deity and that this was
There had been a gently little hand written note from a girl that Sinclair had recently connected with. She had been watched by Riley for some time, hearing her sing and play throughout her travels in the new lands that they had stumbled oddly together into. The two had become friends, but somehow Riley made her heart flutter and slow the tears that she had into something else.
Now, Sinclair was new to this world... new to this “Affinity Event.” Back home it would have been something akin to Valentine’s Day. Sinclair always had a fondness for it but never felt the need for it due to her regrettable loneliness. But this was different. Riley was different. Something in the girl made her heart wish to give into the romantics of the event and give a gift.
With that thought, she managed her way down to the market. Gus was waiting for her, giggly and dancing around their stall. Gus was always fond of the event, and so they bounded happily up to newcomer to grab them and pull them to
It was an early morn on the end day of the festival and Eria realized how she really ought to push for a gift for the thick-headed man that was somehow becoming more and more the love of her life. Something about him though, hot headed but soft on the inside. Eria thought it wouldn’t hurt to go look, for just something small.
Gus was there, bright eyed as always when Eria approached the stall. And while there wasn’t much left for her to ponder on, Gus did their best to help the basically helpless girl find a gift for him. Showing off the last remaining boxes of goodies, Eria immediately stopped at a small plush box. The color of the box reminded her of the fire in his eyes. Her hands clenched the box and opened it to reveal a small little lyonsaur, the colors similar to the box.
Eria was beaming. The gift was perfect. She handed her exchange to the little robot, thanking profusely for the gift and almost ran to the door of her hot-headed lover boy. A quick rasp on the door, the

Shar and the Market Trip
Now, not everyone is a fan of the festival... so many bright colors. So many smells. Just so...much. Shar was typically one of these kiamaras. She was a merchant though and realized why this event was so popular with the other kias. Including her children and wife... ahh, her wife. Keres. The jewel of her life, the light that brought her joy. This year she figured she would treat her wife with something from the event since she was already here for business.
Shar made her way through the streets, her aura not matching those around her. But she knew where to head and so she made her way there easily, her eyes resting on the little happy go lucky robot and the wares that they had this time around. Shar looked at the things... puzzled. Her wife was extremely picky and she knew she had to have thee most perfect gift. But what would this perfect gift be?
Shar sighed and looked at the little robot. “I am... New to this. Can you help me?” Shar admitted with a slight bite in her tone.
My heart use to be broken and bent
It use to bleed so deeply
Got so bad, emotions came and went
I was starting to fall apart completely
Time moves forward to today
And I look back at that kind of feeling
To now happiness I don't have to give away
See that you set me on a path of healing
So here I say again to you
Thank you for everything you do
For making me into something new
And changing all I use to know
I love you, so very much
Our love is something you can't fight
Something no one can ever touch
For its our very essence, our own light
[114 words]
Whenever you look at me
Our eyes interlock, like lock and key
I see my reflection in your eyes
And then my heart flies
I feel your gentle touch
And it gives me such a rush
Your warmth spreads through
With energy that you imbue
These are the simple things
That gives me my wings
You help me fly up into the night
Where I go to take in your light
I won’t let them stop me
This is where I truly am free
So feel my heart beat
Make sure it doesn’t go offbeat
I needed a protector, a defender
Someone who never surrenders
You stepped up to the task
When you decided to ask
Now the circle is everlasting
Even if we are contrasting
These will be our days from now on
For this is our new dawn
[140 words]
Sometimes I hear music
Coming from your soul
Its complex, not basic
Its something all your own
I fell in love with the beat
It sang to me alone
Made me feel complete
To me it was well known
I had let it go before
Closed my ears to the sound
I tried so hard to ignore
Your love I couldn't get around
But I finally came home
Moved into your safe arms
Getting a needed welcome
Finally coming to the light
You're everything I could love
The one who makes me feel
Everyday you are the one I think of
Being with you is my ideal

Kirke laughed at the little robot running around her so frantically. But she felt bad. While she tried her best not to let people know she had a softer side, she did. And dang this little robot was just too cute for her not to help him. She didn’t even say anything, she just nodded and set off by herself.
Opening her wings, she took to the sky. Kirke scanned around the city with no avail a notion of the cookies, so she expanded her search to the forested area beyond the central city. Something odd picked up on the wind, and so she dropped down into the tops of the trees.
Soon the forest was dense enough that she had to ‘squirrel’ her way through the branches. She kept going towards the smell, thinking that they smelt just sweet enough to be the cookies. Thankfully, she found them precariously from a tree trunk. She swept down, snagged them but almost dropping them she decided the best bet would be to walk them all the way back to the town.
Kirke dropped them off with Gus
