Baracken's larger mass make nesting in tree branches much more difficult. They use their strong forelimbs to hollow out sections of a tree and nest inside .

Much more aggressive than a Treflee , once baracken spot prey they leap from their nests or perch to gain altitude for take off, for a much less noticeable charge at their target as their wings create a loud buzzing sound.

They are not afraid to try and grab a trainer to take to their nest for a meal , on the postives, the trip back is slow. Giving the trainer plenty of time to send out a Pokemon to fight the hungry baracken."
