Personality: Red Girl has mood swings. One moment she is as kind and gentle as can be and the next she has her ears to her head and is snapping her teeth at you. Under saddle she is the same, at times moving so nicely and then suddenly tossing a buck or spooking. However, if the rider is calm, steady, and can keep her mind busy and focused on the task, she is quite talented and doesn't usually act up. She doesn't do well when given too much down time during rides and starts to get creative in entertaining herself, so she is not for beginners. With the right rider, Red Girl has stunning, fluid gaits, a powerful jump, balanced on fast turns, and brave on the cross country field.

History: Trained and shown as a three year old by a great trainer. She was then sold as a show horse for an amateur with a trainer and did well initially, however, the owner moved stables and no longer had a trainer and Red Girl quickly became too challenging. The owner then sold this talented mare for a low price to Aevin when she was 7 years old. Since then, Aevin has ridden and shown her in eventing.
