Uzi tries to wake N as he turned himself off

After hearing what V said, N got overwhelmed by the shocking information that he shut himself off in front of everyone at the dinner table.

N can hear what anyone is saying around him, but he is just completely unresponsive. Any attempts to force him back awake could damage his mind, so they have to wait for him to turn back on himself.

Uzi feels guilty for what she did to N, but V is being uncaring as ever and saying that this is just a tantrum N is doing.
