Hey, Look at this!
Since a lot of you guys seem to have enjoyed my Paper Mario: The Book of Ages idea (or perhaps only the drawing, but who cares), I decided to do little pictures on each chapter during the paper adventure.
I'll start off with the Prologue of course.
The story starts out with Mario getting a letter from Princess Peach saying they're going to have a Mario Kart Grand Prix, that is helping raise money for the Mushroom orphans and invited the Mario Bros. Mario and Luigi get there but a great Magician crashes the party and steals Peach and runs off into the woods. Mario, being the Hero he is, gives chase. Before he knows it, Mario has found him in a new town known as Countdown Town [link] that is about to be annihilated by a comet, that the magician, known as The Great Tick-Tocker! [link] , has summoned using Peach's "powers".
Mario is in town and runs into a nerdy goomba named Goombert, who is very ecstatic to meet such an icon. They join up to save the town and the surrounding area. Mario meets many strange characters in the town, such as Shopkeep, the mustached Toad who runs a shady market, Momagoom, Goombert's overprotective mother, and Koopileo, an old Koopa astronomer who tells Mario all sorts of things about the stars.... Are you seriously reading this? Couldn't you just go outside and do something useful? Anyways..... After some sleuthing, Mario and Goombert climb up the large clock tower, which is also the The Great Tick-Tocker!'s secret hideout. Once at the top, Mario battle's the magician [link] After a short scuffle, TGTT! accidentally drops a book. Mario grabs the book, not knowing it's the Book of Ages. And is then confronted by a more prepared Tick-Tocker! The battle seems hopeless, with the comet and the evil magician barreling towards them, but just before Mario is going to get trounced, he opens the Book of Ages and turns back the pages of time. And finding himself and Goombert back to day one. The book then explains itself to Mario and tells him that in order to stop Doomsday from falling on Countdown Town, he needs to collect the seven instruments of the Night Sky (or the 7 Night Sky Instruments, which ever way is fine). So Mario with his new companion and magic book, set off to collect those instruments.
Yep, that sums up my idea. And if you are wondering, some of my ideas before might have changed (Like how I changed TGTT! design ever so slightly).

Haha, this is clearly Majora's Mask inspired! So, I can only imagine what time-based puzzles are involved! The alien looks like the ones from Banjo-Tooie!
