Description
Ringmaster is the head of Carn-Evil, an entire circus corrupted by one of Hawk Moth's Akuma. Ringmaster used to be Diego Montenegro, a simple circus ringmaster, but when his circus was forced to shut down because of Mayor Bourgeois. The mayor angered him by saying his circus was a cheap excuse for live entertainment. When Hawk Moth Akumatized him, he became the supervillain Ringmaster, and his whole circus became Carn-Evil, along with his employees becoming circus themed minions. His hat and tie are more than just part of his costume, they act as weapons. His hat can increase its size and duplicate itself to 'swallow' people whole and trap them within the hat, and his tie acts as though it were a snake, along with having fangs that inject a venom similar to laughing gas. He cane is where the Akuma is hiding

I see a powerfull potential in akumatized people to become superheroes with their forms and powers, instead of their natural position as villains, fighting against zuper-zombis (Draugars, jikininkis, gashadokuros, strigoii morts, vrykolakas, khatakanos, etc.), or evil dinosaurs (crazy sharptooths). You can consider use the idea.
