Nelisa

You guessed it, another Deep Legacy character. This time it's Nelisa and this is a brand new image. I never attempted to do an image of her before. This sweet faced young lady is a Rawn Elf (they have mostly rounded ears with just a slight pointed tip that is barely noticeable) and hails from Beta 141, more affectionately known as the Grey Planet or Grey World. She runs part of the black market on Oberon along with a man named Xavier whom she has feelings for (he's oblivious and is always running off with one girl or another). Her area is mostly magical artifacts, potions, old Earth relics and some other contraband items.
