Me and me Taurus
Gouache in my sketchbook. I've been laying down a base coast of acrylic before painting over it with the acryla gouache. I've done it differently with each one. For this one I left the background bare watercolor paper and only put the acrylic ground down on the characters. This let me paint really smoothly over the characters but keep more of the paper texture on the BG. It also let me get some of gouache's more watercolor like effects in the background.
