Luck of the Irish Cupcakes

These are cupcakes I baked for the ASL (Art Student League) St. Patty's Day Bake Sale
Top = Mint Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
Bottom = Irish Potato Cupcakes

I made the Irish potato cupcakes up myself. They are coconut x vanilla cake with cinnamon-cream-cheese filling and icing. The icing is injected into the center of the cupcake with my nifty new icing tip.

I promise to update a lot this week, and hopefully post a few tutorials.
