A mash up of some of my recent sketches! Lots of anatomy practice and a few Hampton studies.

A mixture of digital and traditional

How do you begin with a blank canvas when you're thiking of a pose? How do you draw straight out of memory?

Great artist you are!!!

I'm not familiar with this Hampton that everyone is talking about, but this makes me want to look him up. Could someone tell me his first name?

this makes being one of Hampton's students that much more incredible, its a weird feeling to know that one of my favorite artist reference's one of my teacher's work. he's an anatomy guru, to say the least, a man of few words though what he does say is quite hilarious hahaha

When you do this kind of sketches, do you make them directly from your head or do your sometimes wath other people around you? and just wondering, since I have found myself a huge fan of your art just now. Have you studied art ( where? ) or have you tought your self? :)

I really love your sketches and I absolutely love the simplicity of just graphite and paper.

Hampton rocks!
I'm using his book to study, glad to see established artists use it too. :)
