It's also used on shows programmed by channels owned by Discovery Communications (examp. Discovery Family). The TV-Y7 version might have been commonly used on Hub's reruns of Atomic Betty, my favorite show, TBE.

You should do the same with TV-PG, TV-Y7, TV-Y7 FV, and TV-G.
To make fake video so that you can trick your gullible friends into thinking that Rainbow Dash and Applejack actually kissed in an episode, teaching children everywhere to respect homosexual and that love is love deal with it!
