Personal comments:
I really enjoyed this one. Fantastic colors to work with, and I actually like those clouds. Perspective was tossed off a bit in the back end of the boat. Other then that I took a more high contrast approach when I was finishing it. Just felt like it needed to pop more.

so nice! Clouds are my enemies! ;)
As for critique - you made the internal of that boat to light in color and therefore miss the harsh contrast to the turquese back a bit, where you get a bit too much into brownish instead of a striking saturated color. but that is all i can find.
