Layer Paint Ruby Throated Hummingbird

I wanted something really tropical and colorful to add to my backyard bird series, so I decided on a the Ruby Throated Hummingbird! My neighbor has more luck catching these guys in their humming bird feeder then I do. But they also have more hummingbird plants too. They are indeed another fun bird to watch! Painted this over 3 days on and off. Really loved the reflective colors in the sunlight with humming birds. So I may have exaggerated them a little more in this image.
