Finishing up the Spring Orchid!

Done at the Safety Harbor Bloomin' Chalk Fest FL 2012

This image actually ended up larger then my Jungle Lion cub at 5 ft x 7ft.

Time to complete 12hrs 8am to 8pm including measurements. Its technicality a 2 day event but I had to knock it out in one day because I wont have the full morning to work on it today.

and actually we had a pretty good rain last night so I'm not sure if this is still there.

Reference photo taken at Tampa Bay Busch Gardens ( they have wonderful orchids on display )

Used mostly Koss Pastels and some yellow, purple Eternity chalks blocks. For the white and black areas I bought home made artist pastels off of another artist! Those are amazing! Wouldn't have finished with out them!
