So cute! What did you use to draw and color it? 
Aww, thanks! This is super old but I had drawn this back when I had just got my ... Wacom tablet? And using the Photoshop Elements (1) that had come with it. 
lol I just got one yesterday! I was wondering what brush you used 
Oh, just the regular brush I think. I just turned the opacity down to something like 20%? (I'm not very savvy at this kind of thing so whatever I did was probably super basic.)

Gosh - I'm a noob as well. o v o; I think I've only done a handful of art myself.
It's really about how you like to color normally that gets translated?
Or looking at tutorials gives you tips as well. XD;
Perhaps my tip is to learn to work in gradients of color? Don't just but black and white and hope that you can use the smudge tool to make it blend. Perhaps slowly build up in colors?

Well - yes and no. I started a long time ago, but sadly I barely draw any more. I'm lucky if I get 1 full picture done a year. ^_^;;
