Staves Rest - NPC Collection

A collection of my personal NPCs, or at least, their headshots.

Meshullemet - Hepzibah's mother and Glaze/Bluebell's maternal grandmother. She had Hepzibah at a very young age with Crub before their messy breakup, and has neglected Hepzibah ever since. Disdainful of Hepzibah and highly independent, pursuing a job in being a warrior and a farmer. Introverted, stubborn, and very sassy. Only vaguely knows of her grandchildren, and believes that Hepzibah made the same mistake that she did. About fifty years old.

Crub - Hepzibah's father and Glaze/Bluebell's maternal grandfather. He had Hepzibah at a very young age with Meshullemet before their messy breakup. He paid more attention to Hepzibah, being very interested in other species and animals, but was still a freeloader who neglected Hepzibah. Carefree and eager to partake in activities. Loves to perform research in his sparetime. Has heard of his grandchildren, and hopes to meet them. About fifty years old.

Sea - Nudibranch's adoptive father and leader of Sea's Kin. Nu reminded him of his ex-girlfriend, and because of this, he took to seeing Nudibranch as a sign of his plans succeeding. Hates magic, and dislikes obvious mutations. Polite and talks calmly, but has a short temper and a jealous streak. Angered that Nu failed his expectations as the chosen one. Does not know about his grandchildren. About sixty years old.

Aegis/??? - Lava's cousin and experimenter. When she was younger, she was close to Sunset's parents, as well as Sunset. When he died, however, all three of them spiraled into grief, resulting in Lava's parents laying his egg. When Aegis started to say that Lava was a replacement for Sunset, Aegis got in a fight with Lava's parents and she stole the egg. Has since experimented on Lava and is trying to turn him into Sunset. Volatile and antisocial just like Lava is, but also studious and curious. Slowly trying to get over transforming Lava, and going to therapy. About forty-five.

Sunset - Lava's older brother. A highly accomplished academic who loved birds, he was playful and had an optimistic personality. He was close to his cousin, Aegis, but ended up passing away from an accident involving a clamber. Twenty-one years old at death.

Skye - Paradise's mother. An energetic staxie who always worked hard and was deeply loyal to Scrimshaw. Always tried to help in the community, but was naive to its horrors. Suddenly caught Depth's Siren. They didn't know this, instead trying to help Dasher's Ossivirus, and after Dasher's death, they ran into the water and was never seen again. They presumably drowned. Forty years old at death.

Dasher - Paradise's father. He was more reserved, but still had an adventurous streak, being interested in the outside world and even being a bit stubborn and defiant at times. He was interested in Crackle and how it functioned. One day, he accidentally got exposed to an unwilling victim of Ossivirus and with no idea on how to handle the virus, ended up dying from its effects. Forty-three years old at death.

Lorikeet - Paradise's older brother. Lorikeet was a lovely fellow with a romantic streak and a lot of excitement to finding 'the one'. He is also quite friendly towards other staxies. At the age of fourteen, he had to take care of Paradise after the both of their parents died. He has recently moved to Staves Rest in hopes of finding a better place for the both of them to live. Seventeen years old.
