Grimsby Grove - Tantrum

October Prompt - Tantrum

Some would call it a tantrum. Some would say that she would 'get over' it. The other travelers had, didn't they? She scoffed. She wasn't going to 'get over' it. She was going to find her escape. She sees a strange folk. One whose mouth was under the muzzle and one who lacked any sort of legs. This creature... Would be a perfect target. Clearly a monster. She purrs and calls, coming behind the bright blue folk. She sees the bubblegum-pink eyes look over her, the smell of something odd. She found one of its blobs... Goobers. They were apparently edible, but why would she place her jaws around something so slimy? Nevertheless. She could lure the folk over with the goo. As the other folk growled, it slithered away. Such a beast would not escape her grasp. It was thrilling. She gave a whisper.

"C̵o̴m̷e̵ ̶h̶e̶r̴e̵,̷ ̷s̴e̷r̷p̴e̸n̶t̵.̷.̵.̸ ̵I̴'̷m̵ ̵n̵o̸t̵ ̵d̵o̷n̵e̴ ̸p̶l̷a̷y̴i̸n̴g̸ ̶w̴i̴t̵h̸ ̵y̴o̶u̸.̷"

A snarl, and then, a whack.

This one was going to get away.

She screamed again, a sign of her tantrum.
