Pastries by Chalysane Pastries by Chalysane
This was a piece I did for a submission to my anime club's mascot thing.

We were supposed to make something based off a pastry of some sort.
I made two variants: Cinnamon Swirl Colour Scheme, and Blueberry-Cherry.
((Are blueberries blue...?))
Also, I was experimenting with possible clothing patterns.

This was also an experiment with the Chibi art style.
A. Tran took the time to teach me and another person the basics of it.
I'm not quite sure if I actually succeeded in the end, though.
This looks more like a full body thing instead of Chibi.
. . . It's looks pretty correctly proportional to me.

If their lines look pretty similar, it's because they're exactly the same (except for the colours).
I scanned and copied a non-colour version before I started working.
This was because of my desire to try out both colour schemes.
Some can call it being lazy, though.

The colour scheme on the right was later redone.
I'll be posting it later.
It looks much nicer, I promise.

Tools used:
My 0.5mm Pentel P205 Mechanical Pencil
A. Tran's color pencils (They're professional. She let me borrow them for this.)
An eraser (Very likely a normal one. I didn't have sand at the time.)
