I NEVER draw fanart.

Really. Never. I'm scared I won't do the characters justice, etc, etc, etc...

But as it turns out, Ten is just too much of a temptation to my pencil. Stylus, actually.

The clouds in the background are from an alien planet. And clouds are good, but I needn't remind anybody of that. EVERYBODY SHOULD know clouds are fantastic. x)

Edit: I meant to say, it's semi in the style of Alicia-chan. I had her in mind when I was drawing it. She has a Dalek on her ID, you see.
