This pony's name is "Crescent Moon" or "Papermoon"; a similar-looking but separate pony from who you're thinking of, despite the resemblance.

Fun fact: In the making of this I realized every deviation containing an ear with this head angle dating back to this had a misplaced anchor and handle, resulting in a wobbly and uneven stroke.  I fixed all of them before uploading this.
