The background pony paired with a recolored Sibsy OC in Wonderbolts Academy. In all of his appearances including Hurricane Fluttershy, his first scene in Wonderbolts Academy, and on the shirt I wore while vectoring this, his eyes are the same color as 's. I've changed them to the green as they were in the episode for this one.

The most upvoted name at the r/listofponies subreddit was "Milky Way", but he is tagged on Derpibooru as "Mercury" due to the former being a name for a "questionably popular" OC.
