My Bio
i joined in 2006-- but haven't really used the site for self promotion (mainly joined to post comments, etc..)
..recently, i decided to start making an active attempt at sharing my artwork, as i'm looking to be more involved in an art community (i have a website, but was looking to interact more with a community)
as for me: i'm an Art Director at Microsoft Studios. I am working in the Interactive Entertainment division (Tablet PC games, Xbox 360 and more) with a group of really talented artist's! The project I'm on now is still 'top secret' but hopefully soon i can share info/images, etc..
During my past, i've been a gallery artist, graphic designer, animator, freelance illustrator, digital artist for feature films (worked at Dreamworks, Sony, etc) and a video game artist. i've been in this digital industry since 1990 and have been working professionally for 18 yrs now.
what really satisfies me is GREAT art (be it digital/traditional.. photography, etc).. i paint at nights (when i come home from work) to quench my own creative ambitions.. and my artistic desire for learning is inspired by all of you artist's out there!
anyway-- just wanted to say hello to you all, and say that i'm looking forward to chatting with you online.. let me know if you're out there!

as for me: i'm an Art Director at a video game company (THQ/Volition); i oversee/manage/direct 44 awesomely talented artist's on a sci-fi/action shooter game that's set to announce at this year's E3 convention (june 15th -- in L.A.); i've been working on this game for over 2.5 yrs now, and the release date is set for March 2011 (
