Destroyed and then repainted in ink and watercolor.
(Due to using old frisket that was only semi-sticky.) Initially spilled tea on the picture, let it sit about a year, and further demolished it. Fortunately, was able to remove much of the blue paint spill by using rubbing alcohol on the watercolor board.
Several weather-related instruments and themes are featured on the castle. This painting is 9x12 inches.
One of three paintings that were set aside as a result of, in this instance, intimidating rework needed for the painting. In others, the loss of the pen that goes with my stylus. Another set aside since it's a HUGE painting, (for me), in favor of smaller projects. In general, a very bad artistic block that I'm still trying to get over, at least I hope.
