Tips:

Papercraft newbies click [link]
Print on thick paper (poster board, stock paper)
Using a straight edge, score the dotted lines with a mechanical pencil.
Match the sides to the corresponding numbers.
The seesaw is what makes the arms bounce.
You will need to make small cuts to the hands so the the seesaw penetrates the hands.
Depending on the thickness of paper you may have to thicking the seesaw

do not rush it or it will come out like crap.
