Shipwrecked 4

Sarah made a dash for the first bit of cover she could find, a mangrove root not far from where she had just been standing.

Peeking out from behind the root, she was shocked to see 3 lizard-like people emerge from the sea.

They seemed to hiss angrily at one of them for a while, they were clearly talking, but Sarah couldn't understand them.

One of them looked around, their forked tongue flicking at the air.

Their gaze seemed to fixate on her.

Then, as Sarah pulled her head back in so she couldn't be seen, they finally said something she could understand.

"THERE! SEEK!"
