Sarah's Journey 8

Sarah's enthusiasm sparked as the man told her they should be at the city by late afternoon.

The thought of the things from last night had kept her rest light. It was hard to believe that the dead, as the man had explained to her once they'd passed, could walk, run, jump or anything but there they had been.

She was looking forward to hopefully staying in a proper shelter, all this adventuring business was hard work and if there was anything she was learning, it was that she wasn't the best at it.

Looking back, she doubted she wouldn't have made it this far without the mans guidance.

With his help they'd dodged cannibals, hyena's and even the supernatural.

Sarah doubted she'd have got past any of them.
