Hello there!
My name is Malin, I'm a 26 year old girl from Finland, engaged and living with my wonderful fiancé since 2007 in England. I have been living here for the last 9 years, studying art and design at college, computer games design at university and now working as a full time games artist at a local company. I'm thoroughly enjoying this stage of my life, but because of my current occupation I sadly no longer have the time or motivation to draw personal or commissioned projects.
I've been drawing my whole life, and horses have always been close to heart. Other main areas of interest are animals of all sorts (felines and wolves are my favourites), people and environments. I also enjoy photography as a serious hobby which I one day hope to turn into more than "just a hobby".
Please feel free to drop me a note if you would like to get in contact, but keep in mind that I don't stop by here as often any more as I used to, so I apologise in advance for any delays in replying.

I hadn't realised it's been nearly a year since I last wrote a journal entry, so I guess it's about time I do something about that! A lot has happened in one year, and as many of you have noticed, my absence from DA has sadly been prolonged more than I had hoped. Unfortunately there is just too much going on in my life at the moment for me to have any spare time to engage with the community here again or have any inspiration left over to draw personal stuff to upload and show.
I am currently working - since earlier this Summer - as a concept artist / 3D modeller at a small local games company, still freelance at the moment but at full-time h

Well, it's been a long time since I updated my journal and quite a lot has happened since then. First of all, thanks to everyone who wished me a happy Birthday, and a massive hug to those who gave points, subscriptions and even art! ♥ It was such an amazing surprise that people still remembered me after my basically year-long absence, and cared enough to drop by :3
